**Exceptional service and a genuinely honest garage!** I contacted the company after seeing their Volkswagen Caddy Maxi Life advertised on AutoTrader on Wednesday evening, after hours. I had several in-depth questions and sent them over, and first thing Thursday morning Andrew contacted me and answered every question thoroughly. We then spoke on the phone, and Andrew went the extra mile by sending me a video of the vehicle. My mum, husband and I then made the three-hour journey from the East Midlands to Hebburn to view the car. We were absolutely delighted with the vehicle and were so happy with everything that we drove it home that day. The team at Bank of the Tyne motor service company are absolutely fantastic to deal with. We bought a car from this place and from walking on the forecourt to taking the car away it was 5 star service. We received courtesy calls after a few days to check up on everything and we noticed a little issue with car. The manager told us to bring it straight back and it would be sorted. The issue was rectified straight away can't thank the team enough.
