**Exceptional service and a genuinely honest garage!** I contacted the company after seeing their Volkswagen Caddy Maxi Life advertised on AutoTrader on Wednesday evening, after hours. I had several in-depth questions and sent them over, and first thing Thursday morning Andrew contacted me and answered every question thoroughly. We then spoke on the phone, and Andrew went the extra mile by sending me a video of the vehicle. My mum, husband and I then made the three-hour journey from the East Midlands to Hebburn to view the car. We were absolutely delighted with the vehicle and were so happy with everything that we drove it home that day. Every experience we’ve had has been excellent. Andrew and Jamie were fantastic — really friendly, helpful and kept us updated throughout. My son loves his new car and we’ve had no problems at all. Bought a citreon c3 from Banks of Tyne a couple of months ago. Due to an issue with the warrenty company I really needed the timing belt changed. The guys were more than happy to oblige and even carried out an oil and filter change too - with no charge 👍 About a couple of weeks later I experienced another teething issue with the car. But again, Stephen, Owen and the team really stepped up and again carried out all the work - even changing one of my brake lights - without charge. I honestly could not recommend these guys enough, its a real rarity to find a dealership / mechanics that are friendly, care and make you feel valued as a customer. They will be getting all mine and my familys work going forward - even though we all live on the other side of the water 🤣

Great Customer service from start to finish. Identified the issues with the car quickly (I had already been told by the AA what the issues were). Repaired it and kept me updated throughout. Quick and efficient service and a very fair price. Will definitely be using again!!

I needed a garage that wasn’t going to rob me blind for repairs. I brought my car here for MOT repairs and I cannot fault this place. Stephen the MOT tester was really professional - gave me a price of the work (cheapest I have been quoted by far). I was able to watch him doing the work from the MOT office and was even given a lovely hot cuppa aswell 😉. When the work was completed he took it on a road test just to double check all was well. All was done in about 1hr. Absolutely outstanding business - WILL DEFO be recommending and using this place again. Thank you so much.

Went in to look for a Range Rover for myself but they didn’t have any available but asked what I was looking for and then they went out of their way and found one the exact model and spec I was looking for can’t fault the speedy service and professionalism from the staff
