Bought a citreon c3 from Banks of Tyne a couple of months ago. Due to an issue with the warrenty company I really needed the timing belt changed. The guys were more than happy to oblige and even carried out an oil and filter change too - with no charge 👍 About a couple of weeks later I experienced another teething issue with the car. But again, Stephen, Owen and the team really stepped up and again carried out all the work - even changing one of my brake lights - without charge. I honestly could not recommend these guys enough, its a real rarity to find a dealership / mechanics that are friendly, care and make you feel valued as a customer. They will be getting all mine and my familys work going forward - even though we all live on the other side of the water 🤣

Stephen the MOT tester was really professional - gave me a price of the work (cheapest I have been quoted by far).
